He began his career at the Asian Development Bank, working on development finance programs with local financial institutions and government stakeholders. He later joined Buyan Holding in Mongolia, where he led international business development and financing for a vertically integrated cashmere garments manufacturing business, including execution of a US$20 million expansion financing and oversight of elements of construction, operations, and export market development.
